PROPERTY:

Burial space at Llano Cemetery may be purchased prior to death, which is called a pre-need purchase, or after death, which is called an at-need purchase. Pre-need spaces may be purchased by making a down payment and paying the balance monthly over a period of 36 months. Minimum monthly payment is $25. There are no interest or finance charges. The purchase of at-need space requires all costs be paid prior to burial.

Types of Property:

Ground Burial

Memorial or Grass Flush property – Markers on this type of property must be grass level (flat) markers.

Traditional or Upright Monument property – Markers on this type of property may include a family monument, as well as the grass level markers. A minimum of two spaces must be purchased to accommodate an upright monument.

Lawn Crypts – Similar to mausoleum crypts, lawn crypts are pre-installed concrete receptacles placed in the ground.

Above Ground Burial

Mausoleum Crypts - Indoor crypts are available in the Pantheon Mausoleum and outdoor crypts are available in the Garden Mausoleum.

Columbarium – A 96-niche structure for the placement of urns following cremation.

Memorial/Grass Flush - Llano Cemetery provides a dignified memorial for families who choose cremation. Our columbarium is a distinctive piece of craftsmanship, custom designed and built to be an everlasting tribute. The columbarium is located at the Garden Mausoleum courtyard just north of the pond in a peaceful and serene setting.

Columbarium (for those who chose cremation) – Niches which may accommodate one or two urns staring at $1070 to $1310.  Bronze niche plaque included.

Lawn Crypts - Double-depth stacked crypts.  Bronze plaque and vase included.

Garden Mausoleum - Companion (two-space) outdoor crypts.  Bronze plaque and vase included.

Traditional / Upright Monument – Two (2) space minimum side –by-side.
