| PROPERTY: Burial space at Llano Cemetery may be purchased prior to death, which is called a pre-need purchase, or after death, which is called an at-need purchase. Pre-need spaces may be purchased by making a down payment and paying the balance monthly over a period of 60 months. Minimum monthly payment is $25. There are no interest or finance charges. The purchase of at-need space requires all costs be paid prior to burial. Types of Property: Ground Burial Memorial or Grass Flush property – Markers on this type of property must be grass level (flat) markers. Traditional or Upright Monument property – Markers on this type of property may include a family monument, as well as the grass level markers. A minimum of two spaces must be purchased to accommodate an upright monument. Lawn Crypts – Similar to mausoleum crypts, lawn crypts are pre-installed concrete receptacles placed in the ground. Above Ground Burial Mausoleum Crypts - Indoor crypts are available in the Pantheon Mausoleum and outdoor crypts are available in the Garden Mausoleum. Columbarium – A 96-niche structure for

Our columbarium is a distinctive piece of craftsmanship, custom designed and built to be an everlasting tribute. The columbarium is located at the Garden Mausoleum courtyard just north of the pond in a peaceful and serene setting. Niches (which may accommodate one or two urns) - starting at $935. Individual ground burial spaces in Llano Cemetery and Llano East may also be purchased for the interment of remains. As many as four family members’ remains may be interred in an individual ground burial space.
