Family Service Counselors

Our Family Service Counselors Assist Families with Experience & Compassion…

When a family has suffered the loss of a loved one and requires immediate help, our experienced Counselors compassionately guide them through the details and decisions they must consider. Our Counselors coordinate services with the family’s Funeral Director and others to insure they receive exactly the type of service they desire. They offer solutions tailored to a family’s wishes and financial means. After the service, our Llano family service counselors also provide Aftercare help, including access to No-cost, Qualified Grief Counseling.

For those families making the wise choice to Pre-Plan their cemetery preparations, our Llano family counselors assist in creating arrangements designed to provide and pay for all services in advance. In making this wise decision, it spares the family’s survivors the burden of making hasty cemetery choices at the time of bereavement and emotional over-spending.

Board of Directors

The men and women who serve on the Board of Directors are property owners themselves and share a passion for Llano Cemetery’s historical and cultural significance to Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle. They are dedicated to preserve the honored traditions of the past, while planning for the future needs of Llano Cemetery. Many Board members are descendants of Panhandle pioneer families and all are successful and active in many civic, business and philanthropic interests in Amarillo and throughout the Panhandle. Board members serve voluntarily and without compensation. Board terms are three years and a member can be re-elected once.
